7-Day Easy Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required
• Perfumes must be unopened due to hygiene reasons

How to Return

1. Contact us on WhatsApp (+92 329 1185953) or email (outlierscollocations@gmail.com) with your order number
2. We will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions
3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days

Refunds

COD orders: Refund via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash.
EasyPaisa/JazzCash orders: Refund to the same account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or wrong.

Exchanges

For size exchanges, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
